Compliance packages
We'll confirm exactly what your property needs before anything is scheduled.
Our most-booked package — the full path to a Baltimore City rental license, coordinated start to finish. Pricing is shown during booking.
The full path to a Baltimore County rental license, coordinated start to finish. Baltimore County also requires a signed New Tenant Notification Form (owner and tenant both sign), which we help coordinate as part of this package. Pricing is shown during booking.
For properties with a long-term tenant already in place — no new lead inspection required, since that's only triggered by tenant turnover. Pricing is shown during booking.
If your MDE lead registration also happens to be due for renewal, that's handled as a separate add-on rather than bundled here.
Paperwork-only filing for your property's annual Baltimore City rental registration — no inspection included. Covers the City registration fee (paid on your behalf) and filing coordination. Optional 2-year MDE Lead Registration can be added at booking. Pricing is shown during booking.
Prefer to book services individually?
A rental license takes more than a single inspection — but if you already know exactly what you need, you can book each piece on its own. Pricing is shown during booking.

Managing more than one property?
We help investors build a repeatable process for keeping every property inspected, documented, and compliant — instead of relearning the requirements each time you close on a new one.
That means working with one company that already knows your portfolio and where each property stands.
Future portfolio tools
- Portfolio-wide compliance tracking
- Property-by-property compliance records
- Renewal reminders across your properties
- Coordinated inspection scheduling
Questions from ongoing landlords
Does every rental property need a rental license?
Most non-owner-occupied rental properties in Baltimore City need a license from DHCD, and rules changed for Baltimore City properties starting January 1, 2026. Baltimore County runs its own, separate licensing process. We'll confirm what applies based on where your property is located.
Can you help with renewals across multiple properties?
Yes — this is where we add the most value for investors: one company that can help you manage compliance across your whole portfolio rather than starting from scratch on every property.
Do I need a new lead inspection every time a tenant changes?
For most pre-1978 properties, yes — a new inspection certificate is generally required at tenant turnover. We'll confirm the current requirement for your property.
Can you help if I already handle part of the process myself?
Yes. Many investors handle part of the process themselves and bring us in for specific pieces, like the lead inspection or license renewal paperwork.
